At Gibson Group - FZCO, you pay securely, easily, and with the payment method that suits you. Below you can read which methods we offer and how we handle your payment.
1. Payment methods
We offer, among others, the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay en iDEAL. Which methods are exactly available depends in part on your country and device and is shown during checkout. Payment methods may be added or removed from time to time.
2. Security of your payment
All payments are made via a secure, encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection and via certified, PCI-DSS-compliant payment service providers. We do not store full card details ourselves. For certain payments, strong customer authentication (SCA / 3D-Secure) may be requested by your bank or card issuer.
3. Timing and processing of the payment
Unless otherwise agreed, your payment is processed at the moment you place the order. We only begin processing your order after a successful payment. For pay-later or installment payments, the terms and (credit) assessment of the relevant provider additionally apply; the contract for that payment service is concluded between you and that provider.
4. Currency, exchange rates, and costs
Prices are displayed in the currency associated with your country or preference. Any costs for currency conversion, international transactions, or costs charged by your bank or card issuer are for your own account.
5. Payment confirmation
After a successful payment, you receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive a confirmation, check your spam folder and, if necessary, contact us via our contact form.
6. Refunds
We refund approved refunds via the same payment method you used to pay, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days; the exact processing time depends in part on your payment service provider or bank. See our return policy for the conditions.
7. Failed payments, chargebacks, and fraud
In the event of a failed or incomplete payment, the order is not carried out until the payment has been made. In case of suspected fraud, misuse, or an unjustified chargeback, we may hold, cancel, or further investigate an order and may request additional information. We may dispute unjustified chargebacks.
