Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide and do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you can read how our shipping works.

1. Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours on business days. During busy periods (such as holidays and promotions), the processing time may be slightly longer. An order placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery times

  • Standard shipping: on average 3–7 business days, depending on your region.
  • International shipping: on average 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Stated delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a strict deadline. You can see the expected delivery date at checkout and in your account. We are not liable for delays beyond our control, such as delays at the carrier or at customs.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Track & trace

As soon as your package is shipped, you receive a track & trace code. You can follow the status via the “Track your order” page and in your account. It may take up to 24 hours before the carrier’s first scan is visible.

5. Incorrect or incomplete address

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Shipments that cannot be delivered or are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be reshipped after consultation; any additional shipping costs may then be for your own account.

6. Import duties and taxes

For international orders, import duties, VAT, or other local levies may apply. Any such costs are for the recipient’s account, unless stated otherwise at checkout. We have no influence over the amount of these levies.

7. Transfer of risk

The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with us until the moment of delivery to you or a representative designated by you, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

8. Not received, delayed, or damaged

Has your package not arrived, is it significantly delayed, or is it damaged? Then contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date via our contact form, preferably with photos in case of damage, and we will investigate it together with the carrier and resolve it.
